- Length of Training Program
6 years: 5 years of clinical training and 1 year of research
- Applications are accepted through ERAS. Applicants are selected for interviews based on the following documents. Interviews are based on a first-come, first-served basis.
1) ERAS Common Application Form
2) Personal statement
3) Dean’s letter
4) 3 letters of recommendation
5) Medical school transcript
6) Transcript of USMLE Step 1 and/or Step 2 scores
- Additional requirements for an International Medical Graduate (excluding those trained in Canada)
7) Be eligible for ECFMG certification
8) Have spent at least one year (12 full months) in the U.S. in an accredited clinical training program after medical school. (A research position is not sufficient.)
9) Hold a J-1 visa
