Cardiothoracic Surgeon Joins OSU Medical Center

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Dr. Susan Moffatt-Bruce (43221) has joined Ohio State University Medical Center’s Division of Cardiothoracic Surgery.

Moffatt-Bruce received her medical degree from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, completed cardiothoracic postgraduate training at Stanford University and specializes in thoracic surgery. She also received a doctorate of philosophy at the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom.

Her clinical interests include lung and heart transplantation, transplant outcomes and thoracic oncology. She is also interested in transplant immunology research.

Moffatt-Bruce is board certified in surgery and thoracic surgery.

She was previously a cardiothoracic surgeon and clinical instructor at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver.
